As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting education and empowering future generations, Akram Foundation successfully conducted its 2026 Grade 5 Scholarship Seminar on Sunday, 26 July 2026, at Fatima Muslim Ladies' College, Colombo, from 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. The free educational seminar was organised to strengthen the knowledge and confidence of students preparing for the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination. The programme was conducted in both Sinhala and Tamil mediums by two highly experienced and renowned Grade 5 Scholarship teachers in Sri Lanka. Approximately 450–500 students participated in this full-day seminar. All participants received complimentary question paper sets specially prepared to support their examination preparation. In addition, students who displayed exceptional talent during the entertainment and recreational sessions were recognised and appreciated for their achievements. Akram Foundation extends its sincere gratitude to the teachers, volunteers, parents, and everyone who contributed to the success of this meaningful initiative.
